My appointment was for a semiannual cleaning and, as always, Patty was friendly and personable along with being professional and excellent at what she does. She thoroughly answers questions and clearly explains what she needs me to do. I can't recall ever having any discomfort with her cleanings, including a deep one I needed when I first started with Dr. Halls. My appointments with her are actually enjoyable, a bright spot in the week. Maybe I need to get out more.
